Can I Take My Permanent Jewelry Off?

remove it, simply visit us, and we’ll carefully remove it for you. You can also
go ahead and remove it yourself simply by clipping the ring where we attached
the chain together.

How Do I Book an Appointment for Permanent Jewelry?

Booking is easy! Simply visit our Permanent Jewelry Private Appointment page to select a time that works for you. We recommend
scheduling in advance, especially for group bookings or special requests. We do
however welcome walk-ins during specific times of the week, follow our social
media @vontjewlery to stay up to date on walk-in times.

What if My Permanent Jewelry Breaks?

If your permanent jewelry ever breaks, please contact us immediately. We will
assess the situation and determine the best course of action. In most cases,
repairs can be made.

Due to the nature of permanent jewelry all sales are final and non-refundable.
